Trust
We believe this is the most important issue between a person and their service contractor.
As the owner and service contractor, Tony sees equipment that customers have never seen in the years he has worked for them. Some equipment he has managed for as long as 21 years. Some of this equipment is 40 years old now.
It is said trust must be earned, but it must also be maintained. During his college days, one professor taught Tony that, “Ultimately, one of the most important things we do is save our customers money by doing our work efficiently and correctly.”
We at Leeward Air also believe this to be true. We have earned the trust of many customers over the years and respect this trust greatly.
Professionalism
The responsibility to provide the best possible service we can for our customers is always upfront and foremost. We often provide service through clients to their own customers. It is of the utmost importance that our clients' customers receive the same service that our customers expect of us.
Knowledge
It is not enough to be prolific in one area of this trade. There must be thorough knowledge of each aspect of equipment operation, from usage and sequences of operation to safety.
Be it heating, cooling, ventilation or refrigeration, times change and so does equipment. Knowing the basis behind operation and continuous learning and having access to new knowledge concerning all the refinements is a commitment to our customers needs.
Qualification
The truth is, mandatory licensing for each aspect of the fuels and ACR trades are the minimum government standard by which the consumer is protected.
How many people actually ask to see a license or any qualification whatsoever? Many customers just trust that the person showing up is qualified to perform the duties required, though some are not.
Tony is fully qualified and fully licensed in the HVACR trade, and keeps up-to-date on changes withiin the industry.
